Beach access was great! It was nice to be on the quiet side of Seaside, and still have access to the Seaside promenade. Perfect for a large family gathering - so much space! Kids loved the downstairs area.

Easy parking for all of us. Short walk to the beach or to a coffee shop. Big table for puzzle, board games and food.
