It's a big house with plenty of rooms. The location is great. Easy walk to the beach. Next to the skatepark. Kitchen is well stocked. Just a few things outdated in the house.

Great location, great stay. The kids enjoyed riding the bikes, and with the skatepark being so close, it was just a huge win for them. Overall great night. Only regret is not staying for the entire weekend.

Well worth the price. Location is great. Aside from a few miscommunications about the seal coating of the entire subdivision street during our stay (which was less than ideal) we had a great experience.
