We love the Pelicans Perch. We came for a family reunion at the park and the house is like a split level that worked great for my family.

We loved Pelican’s Perch! It felt tucked away but was close to everything we needed. Comfy living spaces and beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Big, clean hottub. Beautiful views, and close beach access. We were very happy with the house :)

Spent 4 nights. Plenty of space for six adults. Kitchen is well-equipped. There is no AC. The place will get hot in the summer heat. Beach access is a block away but requires going down/up 59 steps to reach it. There are hand rails on the steps. B...
