Pet friendly. The back yard is completely fenced with no ways of escape. They do have to go down stairs, however so if that is hard for your dog, it probably isn’t a good house for you. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach.

The house was in a great, quiet neighborhood. Beach access is across the street and made fir such an easy time for us especially our seven year old grandson. The home’s accommodations and features were just right!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful view of the ocean and close enough to town. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is great, the appliances are a bit dated but still work good enough.
