We had a nice stay. The location is great for perusing neighboring beach communities. The view is fabulous. We were able to make ourselves comfortable. There are a few items that need a bit of TLC and I'm sure that they will be addressed.

Amazing views of the ocean. Our kids loved waking up and seeing the bald eagles hanging out in the trees behind the house.
