Perfect location and cute space. The bathtub is a lovely feature. The balcony is great and the sea lions below are so fun- if you’re bothered by noise a fan will be enough to cover them up at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy place. The noise from the sea lions wasn’t too bothersome. The view from there was spectacular, and it’s very well located. The perfect place to spend a few peaceful days surrounded by a strong maritime atmosphere.

Great place to stay right on the bay. I definitely appreciated the ear plugs and white noise for the sea lions. They were loud! Fortunately that was expected and not a problem.

It was so peaceful, so beautiful, and had everything we needed for an overdue relaxing weekend. It was clean, had all of the things we needed & was right on the main road of Newport for the piers, gift shops, restaurants & fun.

Great spot! Close to everything and AMAZING views. Sea lions are loud but we were able to cancel them out by turning on the provided fan. So neat to wake up and watch boats go by! Highly recommend!
