Excellent rental experience. Simple, easy process & check out. Great communication and service. Have used national services for vacation rentals— this was our first time using a local rental service. Definitely plan on using Meredith again.

The home is great! there's 3 of us staying here and it's spacious. There's a lot of natural lighting and you can see the ocean from here. I wish there was a washer and dryer for laundry but that's minor for us, we enjoy the stay and it's location.

The beds are really uncomfortable but the location is nice. No blinds in the living room where the neighbors house is so neighbors can watch whoever uses the hideaway couch.

Nice location to enjoy the coast attractions. The house had everything we needed and a lot of things that we didn’t need. Lots of really old college textbooks and some DVDs although none of the DVD players worked.

The property is just outside of Yachats—a great little Oceanside town. The property is quiet with an ocean view. It was comfortable right away and had everything we needed for our visit.
