The property met our expectations given price and location. The kitchen (although small) had very good equipment, which is important to us (sharp knives, cooking pans, etc.) The house was clean, the yard was as-billed, the bed was comfortable.

The backyard was clutch for my pups and I. We walked everywhere. Got to go and enjoyed the backyard. The fire pit was nice at night. The TV has a lot of options if you want to stay in and watch a show or movie. Close to the beach.
