The Nelscott Flat is a great location. Beautiful house, beautiful view. Neighbors were nice. The walk to the beach is an inclined road but is doable. Would love to check out the other Meredith Properties.

Absolutely stunning home with breathtaking ocean views in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The walk down to the beach is easy and enjoyable, and while the way back up the hill is a bit of a workout, it’s well worth it.

Great place, great location. Minutes walk to beach. Very quiet. One negative was the master bedroom sheets were for a smaller bed and we woke up each night half on the mattress cover. All else was great.
