They were very responsive and accommodating and proactive - the battery on the electric lock was dying, we didn't notice but the maintenance team got a notification and immediately called us and came right out to fix it as soon as we left to explo...

This was the perfect location for my wife's birthday, we had a great time and the views were amazing. Only issue I had was the check in time (5:00pm).
