Overall a great rental for our family's needs, which included those of our dog and toddler. Great amenities for both, and we loved how walkable it was to such a lovely beach. Manzanita and Nehalem are treasures, and perfect for little families looking to getaway.
The price is quite high for a house that has clearly only seen vacation renters for a long time and lacks some owner-ly love (for example, there was a huge crack in the living room ceiling from water damage, and a tarp pinned over the roof). Lots of dents and scuff marks from suitcases on the walls. Dirty fingerprints and shoe prints all over the walls in the kids room.
Overall cleanliness of kitchen and bathrooms was great, check-in was very smooth. Despite the complaints of it feeling a little less than loved, we would go back again for another family trip or a larger family gathering because the location is so lovely."> TL;DR: If you're looking for a "vacation-rental" style house that has some tacky art and labels on literally everything, this is for you!
