There are good views of the ocean from the front porch and there are a couple of rocking chairs to sit in plus ALOT of matching plastic adirondacks to use and move around. And since you're in a wooded setting you get the best of both worlds.
The house was stocked well with a plethora of beach towels (easily enough for two each for our family and then some, I believe), plenty of bath towels (especially with the option to wash with the washer and dryer in the garage. They were broken during our stay but Meredith notified me ahead of time and we were only there for the weekend, anyway. It sadly, looked as if the previous renters backed into them in the garage.)
