We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and offered a minimal view of the sunset. It was a pleasant walk to the beach, approximately a 1/4 mile. Restaurants and shops were totally walkable as well.

Easy and beautiful stay. Great location, and less than 1/2 block walk to beach. Walkable to restaurants, and a 5-10min drive to the harbor. Amenities worked great!

We had an amazing time in Newport and every day came home to a wonderful property with everything we needed to relax and spread out. The location was excellent - a short walk to the beach and restaurants in Nye Beach. My only issue was checking in...

Overall a positive stay. Minor issues with a GFCI outlet tripping, and the internet cutting out.
Good view of ocean, and quick drive, or 10 minute walk to the beach.
