Easy check in. House well furnished. Furniture in living area not the most comfortable but okay. We had a 9 day stay and there were enough supplies provided. Very quick responses to questions of mgmt and easy check out process.

The layout of the house is very efficient. It feels larger than it really is due to good space planning. The kitchen sink and counter were new and nice. Great selection of cutting boards and cookware.
In general, the interior decor was very thematic in light blues and greens. That mixed with a nod to mid-century modern decor meets beach theme, we felt welcome and enjoyed the space. The level of cleanliness was very good when we arrived. The mattresses were pretty comfortable, though one of them may be showing its age a bit. The ductless split heater near the kitchen worked quite well, and no issues with hot water.
If you do decide to stay here and are looking for some local hikes, check out "The Knoll", with the additional add-on to keep going to "God's Thumb". Great views. A 40 minute drive east will also take you to Drift Creek Falls trailhead, another intermediate hike with an exciting high-elevation suspesion bridge and falls at the end. Fun!
In short, a sweet little single-story cottage with good beach access.
