Great house, great location. Beach access next door. Large areas for the group to gather but also lots of places to escape as well. The gazebo was perfect for a private conversation and remote working

Communication and setup was good throughout stay, with backup access in case something went wrong. Everything was as expected, and the location (both inside and out) was loved by the entire group.
