1. The carpet is very worn.
2. Some of the blinds down have pull strings to raise or lower.
3. Some of the blinds 'broken' and are held in place with a tie-wrap.
4. The faucet in the main bathroom leaks.

The living room view is breath taking. It was wonderful to sit in the living room and watch the winter weather roll through. The beach is only steps away & feels very private.

The house was perfect. The living room, dining room and kitchen looked out across the dune grass to the beautiful ocean. We had two beautiful sunsets before the clouds settled in. It was quiet and peaceful. It was healing. Thank you.
