Wow, what a location in the small town of Yachats. The ocean is your front yard, and quick walk to town.for seafood or ice cream.

This was the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this property for the 4th of July holiday, the house itself is nothing fancy, furniture could use an update as it is not very comfortable, but in the end location makes this a perfect place to stay.

We loved this place! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals without a hassle, that was a nice touch. Loved the tub too, the view was amazing.

Perfect, relaxing vacation! We enjoyed watching the ocean waves from the front porch while the weather was sunny and out every window while the weather was rainy. Easy walk to coffee, groceries, and wonderful restaurants for cocktails and oysters....
