It is a great little place but would feel crowded if more than 2 adults because of the one small bathroom. It is very charming and very private.

This cottage is absolutely darling and quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 larger dogs, and easily would fit more people with the beds upstairs. Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook without running into each other. Enjoyed my evenings by the fire.

We really liked our stay. The home is very comfortable and dog friendly.
We really liked the second floor. We did not use that though.
The sunroom had unique smell and bathmats were bit dirty.
Except these things, the house was perfect!! Thank you...

Great property and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Bonus points to you for the dog bowls and toys, plus sticks for easy marshmallow roasting!

My kids and I enjoyed the home, the Joey neighborhood, and the short walk to the uncrowded beach where we almost felt like we were the only ones there. The sand was warm and the water was a tad chilly but we still loved it.
