SUPER sensitive smoke detectors. Took nothing at all cooking on the stove to set off the WHOLE house. Woke everyone up. Exhaust fan was on. NO smoke at all. Had to open all windows and doors to get them to quit. Happened EVERY time we used the stove.

We enjoyed the house very much, it was but a short walk to the Roads End State Park. The hot tub is a large one and a great hit. Sitting on the deck, listening to the waves wer a fav of ours.

we had a great time! we had three young kids and a baby, loved the kid room and one of the downstairs rooms has a big closet that can fit a pack and play and has a changing table which was really nice to have. Super close to the beach!
