The house was nicely kept. No AC that we noticed and the afternoons and evenings got pretty hot inside. But we opened windows for air flow.

The house is a short walk from a public access beach but high enough to be out of the tsunami zone, which is a nice bonus. We could watch the sunset on the porch over the ocean and had a great view. I would definitely be back to this place or one of the other properties owned by this group.">
We loved our stay here! So often these days the airbnbs we stay at are grey, Ikea furnished, bare bones places that look like investment properties with no character. This place had tons of character and the feel of a "shore house" that I remember...
