Downside is later check-in and earlier check out, but after staying there twice now (first time through VRBO), great place to stay in Manzanita!

We wanted somewhere close to the beach, and this was perfect! It was an easy walk over but not so close that we had to worry about traffic or noise at night. Definitely recommend!

This place worked well for fishing and crabbing with a guide out of the Nehalem River. The accommodations were great, and had all the necessities to prepare food, although we opted the dine out. A comfortable clean space.
