Down stairs back deck was surprisingly private. Deer walk right up to the deck.
Driveway is on a bit of a decline. Might be a little harder for people with disabilities to walk. Upstairs outside balcony is private.

We enjoyed our birthday celebration. Ample space for 9 guest with beds for all. We would of liked more kitchen towels for clean up. Loved the big dining room table. Plenty of space in the living room. Would recommend this listing.

Good location, close to town/stores. View of the ocean from a covered. smoke detectors work pretty well. We didint have a started kit initially but was brought over after we asked for it . Beds were comfortable.
