Great place within walking distance to town and the beach. Plus the 804 trail just a block away. Lots of ping pong tourneys in the garage after we wore ourselves out at the beach. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room, nice back deck, comfortable bed, close to town and to the 804 trail. The claim of "ocean view" is over-stated; you can barely see past the houses to the west. But all in all a nice place to stay and we'll probably come back again.

Great value for Yachats. Not super fancy but very clean and functional. We are a couple and we took our elderly parent along for the trip. Great layout for our situation. Walked to everything while in town. We really enjoyed our stay.
