Cute place great vacation spot and super close to the beach and restaurants and shops at a reasonable price and very responsive host. If a group is up stairs u can hear them but there is quiet hours wich helps . Loved the washer and dryer use was available

Amazing place to stay in Newport beach! Great location, very clean and the garage was amazing for us.

This was our second time staying at this property, and would absolutely stay again! You cant beat the location. This is the area of Newport that we love the most. One of the best beaches just houses away. The pier is just a 10 minute walk along the boardwalk. You’re close enough to the pier to take advantage of the restaurants, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and busyness. A grocery store is just a 5 minute walk up the street. We love that it comes with a garage, so we are never needing to search or pay for parking. We loved having breakfast every morning on the patio.

Perfect location ! Steps away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants and a large grocery store . Very comfortable space , nice patio out front. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Real nice place and surrounding, the only problem the access to the Garage since we did not have a remote control and have to go in the house to open from inside ...other than that we loved the place...
