Extra clean, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, to the grocery stores (whole foods and Safeway) and to the shuttle stop to go to California lodge.
The heating system is a bit noisy but overall it's a great apartment and a great location.

The room was nice and clean. What I really appreciate was how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking pots/pans and numerous small appliances. Never felt like I needed anything more.

Great place to stay for weekend trip. Close to Heavenly

My group stayed here while we were in Tahoe for a concert and some ski days. The location was perfect, close to the South Lake downtown and walking distance to the grocery store and several restaurants.
The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The condo facility was also great, with a hot tub and a long dock going out into the lake. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved staying here! Comfortable spot, clean and safe. Would highly recommend getting a rental car because getting an uber/lyft to get places around town or to and from airport was a nightmare. Outside of that, great stay!

Great location. Really close to Heavenly (5-10 min drive) and within walking distance to grocery stores. Lake Tahoe is right next door. Room is clean and well maintained.

The property was exactly as described, it has plenty of space for me and my family (wife, two young kids, au pair). I highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs 3 bedrooms / 3 baths. Plus, it is a 5 min walk to the Heavenly gondola and restaurants, so it makes getting to the slopes really easy. Once again, I highly recommend!
