The place was great! It is even better than in the pictures. Super clean and very well furnished kitchen; it has whatever you need! The bathrooms and the beds were very clean as well! The wooden furniture made the place very cozy! And it’s 10-15 min from whatever store you need!
Definitely worth its cost!

My wife and I booked a last minute trip at South Lake Tahoe for the holidays. It was challenging to find a place suitable to accommodate our 4mo old but we were happy to find this one. Felt just like a nice hotel and the room had all the essentials like heating, fully-stocked kitchen, and a king bed.
Traveling with an infant, we couldn’t go to many places but this place was central and in close proximity to the lake and Emerald Bay vista point, which we did go to. Our trip was absolutely perfect thanks to our stay. There were things we needed from the store and Safeway and Whole Foods were also close by.
Our host was very responsive and respectful. We appreciated the clear instructions in the rental agreement and notes on the fridge. That made things very easy for us to follow. Thanks again, and we’ll keep you in mind for our next visit to Lake Tahoe!

good place to stay. close to Lake and ski resort

Beautiful spot very peaceful - magnificent Lake and Mountain views.

The place we rented was gorgeous inside & out. Three generations of family enjoyed it. Dan the care taker was excellent. I do wish the directions were written a bit more clearly. The gate code to get in is not listed in the same sentence with the need to include your unit number & # upon entry. We also seemed to be the only people obeying the 15 minute loading/parking rules, which made our packing up harder than it should have been. That being said, we would rent this place again winter or summer.

Stayed for winter break for our family plus one (5 total). Perfect for the occasion. Ample space. Amenities were great. Location was perfect in the Village across from the gondola. Hosts were excellent and helpful. Will stay again!

Great location, minutes from Heavenly California Lodge and supermarkets. Literally right on the beach.

Great location, very convenient - close to grocery, Heavenly village and its ski resort; it has everything we need, and this is one of the few studios that actually have a dish washer! Guests on the floor above checked in the last day we stayed there and made noises late night and early morning, otherwise everything is perfect!

Great location and exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen and snow toys available. Very responsive hosts when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Location was nice, about 30min drive to Sierra-at-Tahoe and 1 hour to Palisades when the roads/weather is clear.

I was told the BBQ was available however when we got there it was in front of the property by the entrance. This property has a beautiful deck. I texted the host and they were fine me moving the whole BBQ unit up on the deck.Rooms were clean and spotless. There were no issues at all.
