The rental was 1.2 miles from Heavenly which was walkable if you don’t intend to ski. We enjoyed the short walk to Lake Tahoe. There were exactly 4 of each dish, which meant we had to run the dishwasher more frequently than we were used to. The rental had portable fans, which came in handy to drown out the road noise. It would have been nice to have a Smart TV in the living room so we could stream our own movies instead of the limited channels that were offered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed this property. Up dated. Very clean, plenty of space. A fence yard. Great neighborhood. Very quiet. RnR were great property managers. They were available for any questions. The home theater is fabulous and the hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

It was our second stay at this house and we plan to come back ! It’s a great spot for getaway where you have everything to feel like at home.

Great property!! We stayed there as two families, lots of room and space. We really appreciated on arrival being surprised by a Christmas tree and decorations, heater on and beautifully decorated. Made us feel right at home! Beautiful neighbourhood too.
Only feedback would be some of the items in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly.

This HOME was perfectly perfect!! Great location close to everything. Fully stocked with things we didn’t even know we needed. Super clean and beautiful! It was a perfect first time in South Lake Tahoe! I would definitely stay here again!!

The property was spacious and perfectly located. It comfortably accommodated our group of seven, with plenty of room to spare—we could have easily fit 10 people. The beds were especially comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We were in town visiting family in the neighborhood and were so happy to have a clean and updated space to act as a space of reprieve from the chaos of family fun. The amentities were all updated and clean and felt ready to make ourselves at home comfortably. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Lake Tahoe area.

Huge game room and family room with lots of games to entertain all of us. Big kitchen with all the stockings needed for our cooking and meals every day. 4 bed with 4 full bathrooms are rare to find. Also the house is very well kept and dedicated to details like a bottle of wine for guests, makeup remover for ladies, ... We also enjoyed the hot tub on the last day. We skied at Heavenly California side and it only took us 8 mins to get there. The neighborhood is also very nice to stay at. We would definitely come back!!!
