Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the DVD not working (which we quickly adjusted to), we were very happy here. The walk to the lake was a bit long, but we managed...because we didn't have to drive and find parking! We did think the picture shown here is deceiving: makes it seem like this balcony overlooks trees and maybe the lake...which is not true. It actually is above a main road with stores, noise, etc. The loft is super warm, but I slept up there and was fine. (I need the warmth when I sleep). We would return to this Lodge!!

Spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Property was great and exactly as it appeared in the photos. We arrived early and waited by the pool, but it would have been nice to be notified if our place was ready, even if just a few minutes early, after a long day of travel.

House was clean and cozy. Fridge is a mini, so if you plan of cooking meals and storing food, bring an ice chest.

We had a wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe condo! The place was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal—just a short walk to both Heavenly Village and the lake, which made it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer without having to drive. Communication with the rental agents was also top-notch—quick, friendly, and helpful.A couple of things to note: the wood floors upstairs are a bit squeaky, and since this is a condo, you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors. Most of the time, it wasn’t a big deal, but let’s just say we now know someone above us was training for a midnight tap dancing competition. Fingers crossed your upstairs neighbors follow the quiet hours!All in all, we’d definitely stay again and recommend this spot to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient home base in Tahoe!

Great home! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. We reached out to property management once for slight cleaning help and they had someone there quickly. VERY well taken care of home and the cleaning crew does an awesome job!Thanks for everything.

This property was perfect! Very clean and fully stocked. We had our extended family with lots of kids and adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable space and access to activities for everyone. The kids loved being able to walk quickly to the private beach and pool with the snack shack for quick lunches. The adults loved the access to dining, grocery stores, and everything at Stateline/Heavenly Village. We will definitely come again!

Good value on this studio. The proximity to the beach, and walking distance to whole foods, Cafe options and paddle board rental options was a plus.
