We rented a lovely home in SLT, pretty much exactly as described in the listing - fully stocked, comfortable, clean. A gorgeous espresso machine was added to the kitchen and one of our party made us amazing lattes every day. The communication with RnR was always fast, professional, and friendly. Truly a joy to stay at one of their properties.

We had a wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe. The condo was just as described. Location was convenient and within walking distance of everything.

Nice unit in a large building, on the top floor. The windows are well insulated from road noise (which would otherwise be loud), so the unit is quiet day and night. You likely won't use the balcony for this reason. AC works but with only a single unit downstairs, the loft area does get warm in the afternoon and evening. Running the fans helps, but it's too much area for a single AC unit to fully keep cool. So long as temperatures stay below 80 degrees, this probably won't be an issue for anyone. The AC is also noisy when its running. But AC is not very common in Tahoe rental apartments, so I don't consider this a drawback -- it's still a benefit, just with some limits. The kitchen is reasonably equipped for snacks and small meals. Don't expect to cook a feast for a large group. Plenty of parking available, both underground and above ground, though you need a parking pass (1 comes with the rental). Overall, the unit met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

The house was perfect for our group. Awesome location. Hot tub and pool table were wonderful! One tip: bring eye masks for sleeping because the rooms do not have blinds/curtains that cover the whole windows.

We visited Lake Tahoe with friends and could not have been more pleased with our choice. The locations is as good as it gets, very well equipped, sparkling clean and very comfortable. When we return to lake Tahoe, we will stay here again.

Lovely home in the woods yet very close to all amenities! The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 small children. Very spacious and felt like home for the week we were in SLT.

Great location. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, and private beach. Also having Heidi’s Pancake House next door was amazing! Great breakfast spot. The room was nice and spacious and clean. It looked just like the photos. The bed could be a little more comfy but still overall good. It was nice having a kitchen to store food and cook a few meals. Driving distance to Heavenly Village was nice. Only other thing I recommend is if they drew out a map where the dumpster was located but they were helpful when I asked where it was. Parking was not a problem as there is more parking in the garage. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in SLT.
