Overall, my group of 8 adults enjoyed this space. It was clean, stocked with small-but nice- touches, and a doable distance from main attractions. It's slightly further out from most of the free shuttle services, but with a rental it was nice to be in that area.
LOTS of info provided before check in. There was conflicting info about possible early/late check in/out, which was later/earlier than typical. Hoped for a little more time.
House is 90% as appears. It is smaller than it looks. The furniture is slightly too big eating into the space. Add people, there were times we were right on top of each other. Also might be a stretch for the # of beds vs bathrooms. We used the kitchen; I was impressed with the items provided (baking dishes & sheets, blenders etc). There were a few dirty items left behind, but overall we had what we needed.
The noice ordinances are a bit prohibitive. Felt like we couldn't fully use the space/amenities like we wanted/paid for w/outside time restrictions.

The outdoor space is fabulous. The garage with 2 parking spots is an added bonus.

It was a great house - large bedrooms and huge backyard. Neighborhood is quiet and pet friendly.

Perfect location. We were able to walk to Heavenly Village and the casinos. The condo itself was clean and very spacious.
