Clean, Basic Spot. Location is great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, the location, the place, the fact that it has acces to the beach, all of it. We went on the weekend of July 4th, we are from Mexico so we didn't have the Holiday in mind when we booked it, the 4th of July was packed everywhere, the only thing I didn't like is that we were promised a parking spot for 2 vehicles and the hotel became a public parking spot for everyone, so did the beach, nobody checked the wristbands they gave us to be at the beach and pools. I understand that on that day, ALL of South Tahoe is full so I knew the next day we would have our parking spot, I just wanted to suggest a security guard checking at the entrance the parking permits all day on July 4th, not just when its already full for guests from non paying users that got there when there wasn't anyone checking. Again, I know is a special date and we just went with it, its just a suggestion. Overall, we had a great experience, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were cozy, the location close to a lot of restaurants and near hiking places. We would stay again.

Beautiful house and area. We loved our stay. Home is cozy and less than 20 minutes to town center. But when going back home, it is peaceful and quiet. Saw a bear in the yard which was awesome. Clear instruction on check out. It would be nice for the price paid to not have to do all the dishes, trash and their towels. I always think rentals should be like a hotel…We pay for the stay and service. Did offer plenty of plates, bowls, silverware ams all kitchen supplies. Being your own coffee. None is supplied.

We stayed here with another family. 5 kids and 4 adults and it was the perfect place. The layout was wonderful, amount of beds, space to hang. The pool table was a big hit amongst the tweens. Clean, straightforward and wonderful!

The place was beautiful, close enough to the main village but without all the traffic noise. peaceful, definitely would rebook.

Clean, tidy, plentiful kitchen gadgets and ware, including coffee/tea. Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was as described. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Quick easy walk to both pools and the lake. Would highly recommend this place!

Loft gets pretty warm but has plenty of fans. The complex was great with several pools, gym and sauna. Would stay again.
