Great stay! Felt like home, everything you may need during your stay is there.

We had a fantastic time. The property is absolutely beautiful and the property manager was so responsive immediately to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to go back.

The Lakeland Village in South Lake Tahoe is a wonderful place to stay. It has its own dock, two pools and two hot tubs and a private beach. There are also firepits which you can make s'more's or roast hot dogs. Initially I was feeling edgy because there are so many rules and regulations (can come with steep fines if not followed.) The fireplace was not working nor was the microwave. They were prompt in addressing both issues-I felt much better when we had concerns, R and R rentals were receptive and worked quickly to resolve those issues. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet you feel secluded in your own townhome. They had coffee complimentary to make, the place was spacious and gorgeous, plenty of beach towels, everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked although we would have liked to have bigger coffee cups and more spoons. You may need to bring trash to the dumpster. But it was very nice and we enjoyed being there immensely.

We loved this home for our family. The only tiny draw back, was the downstairs bedroom that has a slider, it's window coverings are very thin, and the next door neighbors porch light, which they left on 24/7, shines through, so we had to place a large beach towel across the curtain rod to block the light. Also same neighbor woke us up at 130am using their hot tub and yelling loudly til 4am! That was a no fun! But other than that, we really enjoyed the home & our stay.

Really enjoyed staying here! Was in town for a soccer tournament and location was great, close to all the fields! Apartment was just as described and work perfect for our weekend! Communication was great and helpful!

The property was as advertised. It was perfect for our family vacation. The unit had a large number of cooking spices which was a bonus when we cooked or grilled. The only negative was the parking. It was limited to 2 parking spaces which was okay for us. However, we had 2 instances of one car visitors (relatives who lived in the area) and had to move one of our cars to public parking outside of the community to follow the rules. I could not understand this requirement as the community had dozens of unused general parking spaces during our stay.

The property was amazing! The kitchen is so nice, and stocked with everything you could ever need - and really nice, high quality brands. We were very happy with the house! The pool is a pool - not the highlight of the trip, but gets the job done and the kids enjoyed it. The lawn and lake access were great!The house is right next to a small little beach that seemed to attract the party crowd. We saw a few people wondering onto the property from the beach at night who looked to be fairly intoxicated, but they moved past and didn’t seem to cause any trouble.Overall - if you’re looking to stay on the south side of Tahoe, this is a great spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was absolutely perfect. It's clean and spacious and everything, from the bedding to appliances, is top of the line. The view is breathtaking and we were able to walk to places for lunch or groceries. We stayed midweek (Tue to Sat) and the complex was very quiet. We had one question on our stay and RnR replied immediately and also checked in on us via text periodically. Our favorite activity was kayaking at Sand Harbor, highly recommend!! Most of our days involved doing an early day activity but then we just enjoyed spending the rest of the day at the house relaxing.
