The house was amazing, the view is beautiful, it was perfect for our families. After showing pictures to our other friends, they asked for the information to rent the property. The customer service was outstanding. We all have large trucks and they assisted us with parking. I highly recommend and can’t wait to return to the property.

The home is very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and two youngsters. The back yard is fully fenced, a large hot tub, bbq and nice furniture.All in all a good value.

Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful, with hiking trails nearby. Only a couple miles from town. The residence was clean, exactly as advertised, and had great views. The backyard is beautiful and a great place to let your kids run wild, corn hole included. Would stay again or recommend to family/friends.

We planned our first big family trip since having our son and this house was so perfect, 6 adults and toddler ! My favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the fireplace, we enjoyed it in the early cool mornings and evenings. Kitchen had all utensils you need for cooking, but be sure to hit the grocery store before you get there as there is not ( ketchup/ olive oil etc ) Loved the coffee machine options as that is an important part of our mornings. Hot tub was a huge plus, lovely neighborhood , we went for walks with the baby every morning. The provided baby gate was HUGE for us. There are A LOT of steep stairs.Something to consider if you had someone older or children. Beds are very comfy , great water pressure in the showers. We laid on the balcony at night and gazed at the stars, this house really was perfect. Very close to beaches and restaurants ( 10 min ) I would book it again in a heartbeat. Super clear and easy check out instructions.

The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes, ect., you would need. I suggest having ice trays available or an ice bucket to bring ice from the hallway machine. The fire pit area was great to have at night. We enjoyed our 3 days at this property.

The beds were comfortable and we loved having the gas fireplaces. Would be nice if the rooms had a couple of extra towels (the primary bath for example only had 2 towels). The balcony was nice and spacious. As far as location, there are several restaurants within walking distance which is nice and Emerald Bay is only about a 30 minute drive away. The only thing that we didn't like was the parking situation. The garage is a single space with cars parked in surface spaces opposite of the garage doors and it was extremely difficult to back our van into the space as there were two extremely large trucks protruding from the surface spaces that were supposed to be for compact cars only. We were able to make do but it was definitely stressful to get parked.

Absolutely loved our stay at this location. The view did not disappoint. The property was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and very inviting. We would definitely stay here again. Location was awesome, hot tub was relaxing and there was a grocery store right across the street. Parking was a tiny bit of a challenge but the beautiful property and scenery made up for it.

Perfect spot, perfect location, definitely will be back!!!
