Enjoyed our stay.

The beach location is really nice with many dining and shopping locations nearby. In general, the complex looks attractive. This unit is badly in need of a deep carpet cleaning, followed by a flooring replacement in the next year. Staff was attentive to that complaint and requested pictures. With temps in the mid 80s during out stay, the unit was hot, and sleeping was difficult until it cooled down late at night. The small AC unit was set to max, but could not keep the unit cool enough.

This condo was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities. Very close to the lake and pool. Having a balcony off the kitchen is nice but more comfortable seating would’ve been appreciated.
The beds were comfy and clean too! The windows in the bedrooms are on the ground floor and face the parking lot so there’s street lamps that shine pretty bright. I’d recommend some blackout curtains because the lights kept me awake.
Otherwise the place is comfy and great for families!

If you want to an exclusive, peaceful and quite place to stay @ south lake tahoe, this place is one of the considerable option for your journey.
You can reach out to majority of stores and restaurants by just taking 10 minutes ride which gives you an enough flexibility to plan your trip, i.e., no worries about late dinner!

Fun trip. The hosts were proactive about sharing power/internet outages that were happening in the area during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We had a small issue with the toilet but it was taken care of quickly with no other issues. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would come again all the way from Pennsylvania. Location is convenient to pretty much everything. Restaurants, Casinos, beach and we spent a morning hiking to Vikingholm.

We had a great time in South Lake Tahoe! We were disappointed not to have direct beach access, but the views were beautiful, and everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed!!! Great recommendations for the area too!

This place was perfect for us! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The house is even bigger than we thought. So much room for one couple and three singles to share for 5 days. Mornings and evenings with the awesome breezes were a welcome change to July in Mississippi! We didn’t catch the detail of no A/C but all the fans were perfect for keeping us cool especially when you follow the owner’s suggestions for optimizing the cool night air for the following day. I would stay here repeatedly! So easy to find. Thanks for the great communication. We all had an awesome South Lake Tahoe time.

This place is at a great location. It has private beach access and also whole foods market n many restaurants are right across this place. We had a very relaxing trip.

Lovely accommodation and location, very happy with our stay, we'll definitely be back!
