My group (two families) stayed with RnR Vacation rentals at Lakeland Village from Christmas Eve to just after Christmas.
The process was easy, with a rental agreement signed online, and very clear instructions for checking in, which was also very smooth. The listings and photos were as described and the amenities (towels, kitchen items, recreation items) were plentiful and in good condition. It made it easy to make a nice Christmas dinner and enjoy the facilities in comfort. Properties are very clean.
We did have one issue, in which there was a severe plumbing backup in the property. This took a few hours to resolve and to get a plumber out, and meant that we couldn’t enjoy the property for a day. It also took several requests to be moved to another property noting that we had two children and a pregnant person in our group.
RnR were good in providing compensation and a move to another fantastic property, and the rest of our time was great. Would recommend staying with them again

Great location for a family vacation! The place was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the restaurants and resort. Snow was plowed every morning and it was easy to find the location! We’d stay again for our next trip to Tahoe

We had a great stay at this unit. Clean, roomy, all as described. The bed in the master and downstairs are top quality. The kids beds in the twin received some complaints. We never used the media room but it looked good. LL was very responsive. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Location was easy walkable to village, even in snowy conditions. Only note would be the number of towels provided was not enough. We were told we would have to do laundry. At this price point I was surprised. Doing laundry on a vacation should be nice to have not a must do.

From our first interaction until checkout, the host was informative, friendly, and delivered everything as promised and more. The cabin is spacious and well equipped, with comfortable furnishings, beautiful living and sleeping areas, nice amenities, and modern touches while keeping the woodsy feel with the lovely gas burning fireplace and retro decor. Convenient to town and skiing, but away from main roads and traffic, it has a neighborhood feel. Since it is located a few roads in, having a 4WD vehicle is essential if conditions include heavy snow or ice. Keeping in mind the cleaning crew needs time to prep the home for guests, even an hour earlier/later for check-in/check-out would be nice, especially to accommodate the host’s reasonable and minimal requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the extra touches, nice bath products, generous towels, enough seating for all in the living room and dining area, the games cupboard, and if we had little ones, they would have enjoyed the snow saucers in the garage! Highly recommend this lovely property and this responsive, trustworthy host!

A kitchen designed for cooking and baking, great space for family gatherings, comfortable beds, nice hot tub and pool table, lots of convenient amenities, only constructive criticism would be to upgrade the sectional which is getting worn out.

The house had everything we needed for cooking, suff to clean the car from the snow,warmth. We loved how prepared it was.
