We received our stay as a gift and it was so amazing! RnR was very communicative with how to access the unit and even responded when we had a very minor repair issue. I'd definitely rent from them again.

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us and coffee in the room. The room was spacious for two and clean. The one problem we had was resolved quickly and in full.

What an amazing home to rent for a big family. Plenty of space for our adult children and grandchildren. We loved our stay.

Lighting speed communication. Helpful, kind and flexible. Clean and quiet house with lovely trails out back. We loved the fireplace, giant couch and hot tub. Everyone was very comfortable and I would 100% stay there again in the future. (I’ve had a terrible experience with a different rental company in Truckee a few months ago but this group was wonderful in every way!)

We have stayed at this complex in different units for multiple years in the fall. We keep coming back because of the location right on the lake and all the units we've stayed at are well equiped, well furnished and very clean. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing week long stay at this home. Loved the location and proximity to the lake/private beach. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance, and driving around wasn’t too bad. The room had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. We definitely took advantage of the hot tub and pool, and we appreciated the help we received at the front desk. Would 100% love to stay here again!
