The house was the perfect location for family and two dogs. The amenities, quiet neighborhood and fenced yard were lovely.

Our stay in this unit was like a dream – a true home away from home. We'd decided to invest a bit more in our accommodations, and it proved to be an excellent decision. The property matched its description and pictures flawlessly. The hardwood floors and leather couch were a particular highlight, providing a wonderfully clean and comfortable environment. It was incredibly refreshing not to feel the usual urge to wipe everything down! The entire home exuded warmth and quality, showcasing impressive updates and craftsmanship, with many thoughtful touches we genuinely appreciated. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, stunning lakefront view, loved the open and updated kitchen with large island (not the old, cramped galley style kitchen like the original Lakeland Village units!) plus the extra kitchen storage space against the wall that housed a 2 drawer beverage cooler, the microwave and some baking pans (and provided extra counter space for the coffee maker and Keurig). Kitchen was well equipped (we cooked a lot). Property management was very responsive to requests.Home was clean though we had a few maintenance issues (despite these, we would still stay at this property again and definitely rent from RnR again!), which didn’t impact our stay too much. I’d just rather not have to spend time reporting these things while on vacation. Reported issues: Patio screen door around handle was torn. The 2nd floor shower drain was backed up - prop mgmt came the next morning to clear! Steam iron provided had a raised substance of some kind stuck on the plate rendering it unusable unfortunately when we needed it for a nice dinner out to the Charthouse (our best meal of the week, excellent food and service!). Outer glass shower door on 2nd floor bathroom was off track. The toilet roll holder in the 2nd floor bathroom was loose on one side and the toilet paper roll would sometimes fall off. We agreed that all were mostly minor annoyances (except for slow drain which was taken care of quickly) that could wait until we checked out.

It is a short bike ride to some of the best mountain bike trails and hiking trails in Tahoe. Home was very comfortable for four adults, four kids (9-11) and a dog. Kitchen was really nice and gas grill was well used. Hot tub hit the spot. Make sure to buy ice if you have a large group and want cold drinks.

This home was perfect for our two families to come together. Enough space for everyone.
The home was exceptionally clean! It’s a 20min drive to heavenly village & casinos.
50 min drive to Sand Harbor.
The neighborhood itself is very peaceful.
