Beautifully decorated & immaculately cleaned room. The mattress was pretty comfortable & not rock hard. However, the bed squeaked every time you moved. Also, the room above our room was very noisy. They ran what sounded like their air conditioner all night (loud vibrating motor sound). The noise from above kept my husband and I up all night. Hard to enjoy your vacation with no sleep.

Sierra Shores is always great. RNR always does a great job making sure our stay is amazing. House was clean and everything was in working order! Definitely will stay again!!!

Beautiful location, peaceful neighborhood, spacious home, and not too far from all the conveniences. Great place to serve as a home base for outdoor adventures. We were very comfortable living/working during our stay. It's a professionally managed property, so the pros are clear and ample communication, but the con is that policies are strict. I would expect more flexible check-in/out times and pet policies considering at this price point.

The house is spacious and has a good floor plan. However, the kitchen is minimally stocked for a family that cooks. Also, the paper products... toilet paper, tissue and paper towels are of very low quality... especially the tissue.

We love the fact that this complex is small, "in the middle of everything," but also quiet and right on the water. Everything about it feels luxurious and exclusive. Honestly, I almost didn't write a review because I want to keep the place to myself, lol. We love it here and would come back anytime.

We had a great stay. Accommodations worked very well for our family. Lack of ac was a little challenging in the afternoon but not a huge issue. Location was fantastic as everything we needed and wanted to do was very convenient. Would likely stay here again

We went on the weekend of July 4th, we are from Mexico so we didn't have the Holiday in mind when we booked it, the 4th of July was packed everywhere, the only thing I didn't like is that we were promised a parking spot for 2 vehicles and the hotel became a public parking spot for everyone, so did the beach, nobody checked the wristbands they gave us to be at the beach and pools. I understand that on that day, ALL of South Tahoe is full so I knew the next day we would have our parking spot, I just wanted to suggest a security guard checking at the entrance the parking permits all day on July 4th, not just when its already full for guests from non paying users that got there when there wasn't anyone checking. Again, I know is a special date and we just went with it, its just a suggestion. Overall, we had a great experience, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were cozy, the location close to a lot of restaurants and near hiking places. We would stay again.
