It’s was great location and a great establishment

This rental was great for our family group of 8! All listed amenities were available and worked perfectly. The location was unbeatable for getting to Heavenly ski resort each morning.
We enjoyed walking to shops and the water from the house. The parking was reasonably close and all the neighbors were respectful and friendly.

We came to celebrate Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to see it was even decorated for us when we checked in. The hosts were great - checked in multiple times and left us everything we needed. We got to experience a white Christmas with the huge amount of snow fall that took place so to wake up and see the house had all the things you would need for the snow (sleds, shovels, etc.) just made it that much better. Our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend!

Loved the place

The home was perfect for our needs. The only issue was back patio overlooked busy road limiting privacy. Would have liked to have known snow removal crew was coming before we had already spent hour cleaning decks and driveway. The home is quaint and clean and provided great gathering area. Hot tub was readily available with no issue and everything functioned perfectly. The shuffleboard table got much use and the location was good for skiing Heavenly. Not far from the village. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk and close to nature hike. It was very clean and comfortable.

My group (two families) stayed with RnR Vacation rentals at Lakeland Village from Christmas Eve to just after Christmas.
The process was easy, with a rental agreement signed online, and very clear instructions for checking in, which was also very smooth. The listings and photos were as described and the amenities (towels, kitchen items, recreation items) were plentiful and in good condition. It made it easy to make a nice Christmas dinner and enjoy the facilities in comfort. Properties are very clean.
We did have one issue, in which there was a severe plumbing backup in the property. This took a few hours to resolve and to get a plumber out, and meant that we couldn’t enjoy the property for a day. It also took several requests to be moved to another property noting that we had two children and a pregnant person in our group.
RnR were good in providing compensation and a move to another fantastic property, and the rest of our time was great. Would recommend staying with them again
