The bed was huge and comfortable, and there was no noise at all. I visited the sauna and the gym for a quick workout and those were spectacular as well. Also, the bottle of wine and free coffee was a very nice addition. I will 100% be staying here again whenever I visit Lake Tahoe!

Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot to enjoy Tahoe by the beach, walking distance to everything, luxury furnished 3 bedroom 3 bath, spacious kitchen/dining, and an amazing backyard you wouldn't want to leave, just sit relax and soak it in. Only potential issue to be aware of, especially in high season, is the parking situation if you have 2 cars. Only one car is guaranteed on premise, 2nd car goes into shared area of 5 spots for all units, I believe 16 of them +/-. I still give it a 5 on everything else.

There are nearby activities such as horseback riding, gondola ride, boat rentals, dining, hiking/walking, water access, etc. When we needed support, the staff was very responsive and got back to me quickly. Parking area was a little congested at times, and at some points, we were limited to our one reserved parking spot. If you only have one car, it'll be no issue, but if you have 3 cars like we did, pay close attention to their parking recommendations. We paid so much for the cleaning fee, I don't understand why we needed to take out the trash at the end of the stay. Also, if you have your windows/doors open, you will be able to hear other groups staying in the other buildings. You also have another unit below you so if you have heavy steppers or toddlers in your group, possibly expect complaints from the unit below you. Other than those small things, very lovely stay.

We had a wonderful 5-star stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful, and all the amenities were in great condition. One of the highlights was the lovely lake view just a few steps away — incredibly peaceful and scenic. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway with their family!

Nice and quite

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was updated, roomy and very clean. The private beach was stunning. It’s a short walk along the marina to a couple epic restaurants. Tahoe does have some pretty strict rules regarding vacation rentals and Airbnb but we’re not unique to this location. I would stay here again.

We cannot imagine a more ideal yet affordable place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. Despite being a company, RNR managed to be personable and responsive. All rules and regulations have a purpose & are reasonable. The unit was immaculate, which is always our top priority. Great stay.
