Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood. Main lodge staff are friendly, grounds keepers are active. The unit was fully equipped don’t need to bring anything from home. Plenty of board games and similar, kitchen had everything and more (stuff you didn’t even know you needed!). It’s exactly what the pictures show. Beds are basic box spring mattresses so can be a little rough if you’re used to memory foam or pillow tops. Sofa was super comfortable. Everything worked no issues with anything.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect and very quiet. The hosts were kind and responsive whenever we contacted them. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Feels like the owner cares about the property & visits often enough to ensure everything is working & clean.
We stayed during the holidays & were pleasantly surprised to find Xmas lights outside the home & an indoor Xmas tree and decor. Guessing they decorate for many holidays, as I saw Halloween stuff in a closet. A special/unexpected treat from a rental.

The garage clearance fit a SUV with a roof box.
The appliances were all high quality, and they provided ground coffee, and detergents. The hot tub was large and clean. The fenced yard was secure for the pup and they even provided a welcome kit for the dog.
Of note- the RnR Vacay company requires that you sign a separate agreement outside Airbnb. As I saw in other reviews, it is true there are a lot of 'rules' but they either fall under local law (quiet hours, trash, occupancy) or 'don't be a jerk' like not wearing snow boots on carpet not wiping up mud with white towels. All very reasonable.
Would come back.

Spacious and inviting house with a wonderful great room/kitchen top floor. Great for hanging out with family, cooking and pool! The only issue was a central thermostat that made overall temp regulation a bit of a challenge. Separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs would offer a bit more flexibility in temp control. This was a minor challenge -
the house experience overall was wonderful and we are considering a repeat visit next year. Oh - and a hot tub would be the cherry on top!

A beautiful house nestled in a peaceful part of South Lake Tahoe. All of us ( 5 adults a toddler and a baby) all thoroughly enjoyed it!! Highly recommended

we really enjoyed our stay. the house was beautiful, exactly as advertised and even though we visited during the snowy season the house was nice and warm (even sometimes too warm and we had to turn things down!). so it was a very cozy and comfortable stay.
we were skiing at heavenly which was amazing, so just about 10mins from the california lodge. was easy to be one of the first up the lifts even with a relaxing start to the morning!
(just make sure to pre-reserve parking if you have less than 4 in your party... if less than 4 its $20/day but note parking only costs 8am till 12pm.

We had a great time at this airbnb over the New Years holiday. Kitchen was impressively stocked, towels for every bed with spares, Christmas decorations tastefully placed, felt cosy and homey. Location was great, just a few min drive to the grocery store, a tesla supercharger and tubing/snow mobile activities.

Fantastic place to stay in South Lake Tahoe!! Short walk to Heavenly Village with gondola, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Even a short walk to Target for essentials. Townhouse was very clean and had all kitchen and bath essentials. Beds were comfortable with extra clean blankets. Only “watch out” is the size of the garage. For reference, we BARELY fit a 2023 Land Rover Defender with roof rack.

The place is well maintained, clean and comfortable for our family of 5.
Host is responding quickly to our asks like garage instruction and battery replacements of fire detector.
Location is walkable to gondola too.
A good private place to stay for family trip.
