Incredibly happy with our stay at RnR’s Vacation Rental! The condition of the house, the decor, cleanliness and comfort were all excellent! The house was located in a great area, walkable to a local park/trail that was great for sledding, snowshoeing and hiking with our dogs, and the house had ample space and was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was great as we were celebrating a relative’s birthday . The hosts were extremely responsive. On our last day, we encountered stressful automotive issues on checkout due to the weather and icy roads. We had to have our car towed from the driveway. Our hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating, they understood our situation and allowed us flexibility and were very patient with us as we awaited AAA. Many thanks to Rich, in particular, who was very understanding and communicative. Would highly recommend this space and these hosts. Thank you RnR Vacation Rentals!

This is one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve stayed at. It was very clean, comfortable, well furnished and thoughtfully curated. My family of 8 (6 adults and 2 babies) had an amazing stay for my birthday. It’s about 15 mins from heavenly but we didn’t mind. It was snowing when we were there and it was truly a winter wonderland!

The property is in a prime, highly convenient location—within walking distance to Whole Foods, with a shuttle to Heavenly nearby, and the lake just a minute away. The patio was especially convenient. The house was immaculately clean, very well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including linens, extra fans and heaters, and kitchen utensils. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Great location close to the Village. 1 bedroom on the first level next to the living area with gas fireplace, second bedroom up the stairs in the loft open to the living area. Tiny bathroom downstairs with a regular size shower cabin (nice hot shower with good draining). Upstairs bathroom with toilet and sink. Beds are king size with super comfortable mattress and bedding. Small kitchenette has everything needed for cooking and baking. Good size new fridge. Upstairs bedroom bedside touch-lamps were not working. Upstairs floor was little squeaky. Overall interior was quite nice and cozy. Parking garage was a huge plus during winter storm, so much appreciated. Outside pool and hot tub is a nice addition, although could be very crowded between 9 and 10 pm. Cleaning company doesn’t do a good job, found solidified sticky spots on some surfaces and dust, towels had strong smell of chlorine. Very long list of rules and regulations with possible fines for neighbor complaints. There was a nice gesture from the Management company - coffee and a bottle of nice Chardonnay - thank you! Overall stay was very enjoyable, would recommend it to friends and family.

Nice place to spend vacation. Great location to go the ski resorts of Heavenly or Kirkwood.

Superbe logement avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac Tahoe et tous les paysages de montagne recouvertes de neige. Nous avons passé un heureux moment en famille. Nous étions un couple, deux enfants et une personne âgée. La cuisine est super bien équipée. C’est cosy, chaleureux, parfait. Je recommande vivement. Nous n’avons pas entendu de bruit des occupants au dessus. Tout fonctionnait bien. Le logement 15 est au bout de la propriété même pas 1min à pied mais c’est vraiment intime de la terrasse aucun vis à vis avec les logements voisins. Le gardien Dan a été très serviable, et sympa avec nous. Le garage un peu étroit mais pas dérangeant du tout. Il faut juste prendre un peu plus de temps pour bien se garer. Nous reviendrons si c’est disponible que dans ce logement si l’un retourne au Lake Tahoe. Le logement est situé à même pas 5 min en voiture de la piste Heavenly, restaurants et commerces à proximité.

Excellent stay with RnR, i appreciated how responsive they were whenever I reached out to them about check in instructions. Overall I would stay with RnR again.

The host was very responsive. The place is clean. Lakeland village is an area and very familiar with, I stay there regularly with my family. My only complain was the home had horrible beds- squeaky and old and extremely uncomfortable we all woke up with stiff back and neck. The other thing is the TVs are very old and outdated with VHS - who uses that these days. I would recommend the host consider a little update on furniture and technology for the money they charge.
Otherwise we had a good time overall!
