The host checked in daily. The house was huge, dog friendly, and stocked well with everything we needed!

4 adults and 3 kids fit perfectly in this home! It was a little hard to tell from the picture, but the backyard was big, amazing, and had beautiful views. There was a ton of snow for the kids to play in right outside the kitchen door and below. The home was clean, all the appliances worked just fine and overall, it was a really great FIRST snow experience for our kids! Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again! It was also really nice to be in such a quiet neighborhood, with a lot of privacy from the trees, and we loved being away from the hustle and bustle of town (where things are a bit more crowded). Shops and attractions were only a 15 minute drive away so it was definitely perfect for our family.

There was plenty of room and space for the kids given there were wet days and we had to stay indoors on some days. The location of the accommodation was perfect and gorgeous. The furniture and amenities in the accommodation were dated although and could be improved upon - The TV for example wasn’t a smart one and bathrooms were bare-bone, coffee machines were not the cleanest, mattresses in master suites were uncomfortable and too soft etc. However the staff were super responsive. We had some issues with our locks and they helped troubleshooting instantly to fix it. They were also readily available to answer any questions on text instantly. Hot tubs were well maintained. Overall our stay was wonderful and we look forward to being back again.

There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, enjoy each other or find a cozy nook to read. The game room was well utilized and the sound did not travel to other parts of the home. The flow from the well equipped kitchen/dining area to the living room just worked. The location was great, close to grocery stores and hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was exactly as described, with lots of kitchen items and extra linens and towels. The on site laundry was very useful and affordable. Our only complaint was that the heating in the unit was very warm and we could not adjust it adequately for our comfort. We noticed that the first floor was much cooler than the second floor, which is where our unit was located.
