We had a great stay! The home was clean, organized, spacious, and very cozy. We appreciated the extra blankets and that the heater worked well since we visited in the winter. The location was perfect, and the house is beautiful.A couple downsides: since it’s managed by an agency, responses weren’t as quick as we’re used to (though we did hear back within 24 hours). Also, the Nest Protect alarm expired at 2:50am on Sunday and started a continuous loud beeping (and echoing). We had to contact the emergency number provided but maintenance couldn’t come until 7am. Unfortunately this did disrupt our entire group’s sleep. Besides those small cons we overall really enjoyed our stay :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great comfortable place with stocked kitchen for cooking in. Close walk to most areas along S. Lake Tahoe. Beware that there are multipe areas that need to be toddler proofed (floating stairs, railing gaps in loft) They nickle and dime you for the gates/baby stuff. Typical Vacasa which we have had poor service in past but they responded well this time.

Had a great stay at Lakeland Village. Condo was great, recently remodeled and the staff was attentive. A very nice 8 day stay !!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the convenience of walking to the gondola and casinos for skiing, food, and fun. We flew into reno airport and were able to take the airport shuttle to the casinos and walk to the property, avoiding needing a rental car at all. Great location and house, we had a wonderful time.
