It was close enough to the lake and common facilities, but was in a quiet location.

I brought my two daughters', son in law and four grandchildren to South Lake Tahoe to visit my son who lives there with his wife. The condo had plenty of room for all of us and the amenities and location were awesome! We experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets around the lake followed by perfect smores!! We were close enough to town that we scootered to dinner twice. This vacation and your condo will be remembered for years to come!!

Kitchen was perfect - tasteful, seemingly new dishes, utensils, and cookware. Appreciated how clean everything was! Quiet location on the back side of the building (away from Lake Tahoe Blvd.) Only noise is from upstairs neighbors but not the fault of condo.Two areas for improvement: 1) the small patio is nice for fresh area, but not for sitting outside. It would be better if the small table and chairs were bar height instead of regular height. As is you find yourself looking straight at the solid patio wall; not particularly pleasant. A higher seat would allow the view to be over the patio wall. 2) Shower: the doors need work;they are very difficult to slide. Shower floor is slippery and needs some anti-slip application. Lastly the shower handle itself is loose which makes adjusting the water temperature difficult.

We had a great time. The location is great for everything in South Lake Tahoe, the unit is clean, organized and thoughtfully prepared, and the community is full of amenities, enough to keep anyone entertained. We enjoyed the beach access, and particularly enjoyed quiet evenings sitting by the fire pit just to contemplate and reflect. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Our family really enjoyed our week here. It is a beautiful and comfortable home. The main floor has floor to ceiling windows making it bright and airy. We spent every morning on the main patio enjoying the beautiful and tranquil view. Great house on a quiet street close to an amazing trail made it perfect for our summer getaway. We look forward to returning next summer!

We loved this suite! I brought extra towels after reading other reviews, but that worked for us—I usually prefer my own when traveling. They ask you to take off your outdoor shoes, which I appreciated since we do that at home too.
The pillows were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked—nice to have meals in with essentials like a spatula, pot holder, and good cutting boards.
Great location with lots of activities nearby. Very accessible, especially if you use the public scooters!
It felt like a high-end apartment complex, and everyone was very respectful during quiet hours.
After a long day walking around town, being on the first floor was a huge plus. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.
Pleasant vibe and friendly community. We’d definitely love to stay again!

Grandkids were so happy to see almost daily visit by a huge black bear who walked by just below our deck. We would for sure recommend this property!

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed and more! We loved the private hot tub… perfect to unwind after a busy day! Pool table was super fun for everyone. The garage was nice to pull our car into. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home… it was amazing!
