Great location on the lake, 5 min drive to Heavenly gondola which was very convenient. Whole Foods across the street. The house has 1 master bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and a loft at the top with 2 single beds. Comfortably accommodated 6. House was clean and hosts were responsive. Check in and checkout are set at 4pm and 10am respectively and not flexible.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent a work week in this house in February and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it rained more than it snowed, but the house was a great place to get away and work. The Internet was perfect, there were many comfortable places for us to work without getting in each other’s way, the house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We had a lovely stay.

Our group stayed for a week and skied at Heavenly and Northstar. The kitchen was very well appointed as were the bathrooms. It was nice to have the music features and the hot tub downstairs but much of our time was spent at the large kitchen table or in the comfy living room around the fire.

We have rented a lot of cabins over the years. This cabin was amazing. There’s always been things not working in other places we’ve rented. Everything worked, the spa and the barbecue were clean and working perfectly. The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen was the best stocked we’ve been in yet. One of our group is a chef and he was very happy. We hope it’s available for us to rent again next year.

Loved the condo. Location was great and the roominess was idea with space to escape from the group. The "table shuffleboard" was a hit! Short walk to the lake and to many restaurants. Would recommend lower unit for families with small kids to avoid foot noise from above.

Perfect location

Condo is very well maintained & has a very large open floorplan w/a cozy fireplace & a cabinet full of board games! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for making meals and the laundry room even had washer pods. We were on the top floor & we could hear the neighbors below us partying til past midnight, but it was a Friday so it we let it go...except we had to be up for early board lessons. Overall this place is a close walk to the heart of town and in a secure gated community. We would definitely recommend it & stay again!

Fue todo lo que esperábamos y más. La casa es muy linda por dentro, es amplia y está super equipada, tiene horno, estufa eléctrica, cafetera, tostadora, microondas, nevera, lavaplatos, lavadora y secadora. no hay aire acondicionado pero sí abanicos de pie y la calefacción funciona muy bien. hay calefacción en los baños también. Dejan buena cantidad de bolsas de basura, papel higienico, jabón de lavar ropa y de lavaplatos, jabón de tocador, shampoo, acondicionador, toallitas desmaquillantes, hasta ziploc había!!, pesnaron en todo! En la cocina también encontramos café y especias secas variadas, de todo menos sal y pimienta. televisores smart en cada habitación y sala de estar, chimenea, juegos de mesa. Esta casa lo tiene todo, definitivamente vale la pena por lo que cuesta. la ubicación es espectacular cerca de heavenly village y de muchos restaurantes y sitios de interés. La verdad amamos este hodpedaje y si volvemos a Lake Tahoe lo elegiríamos sin dudar.

Good location within Tahoe. Large property. About 4 minute walk to pool from this unit. RNR is very responsive and helpful.

Great location with a lot of ammenities included to feel right at home. Peaceful neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. Host was very informative and communicative to any questions and concerns we had. Felt right at home during our stay.
Downsides:
- The garage couldn’t fit both our cars comfortably (we had a mid-sized SUV and a sedan) so we had to park one in the driveway during the snow season.
- The LED lights in the hot tub didn’t turn on during our stay which was a bummer as well since we usually used the hot tub in the evenings after a long day outside.
However, we would book this place again in the future. The pros far outweighed the cons and I’m sure the hosts will have everything fixed for future visits.
