We were 2 families, with 4 big kids over 18! Our week in South Lake Tahoe was fantastic. The unit is amazing and had absolutely everything we needed. Tons of space for the 8 of us. It was extremely clean, nicely furnished, great appliances and a well stocked kitchen. It was in a perfect location for walking to shops and great restaurants at Heavenly. We enjoyed Pope & Nevada Beaches. Did a sunset cruise around the lake. Went on the gondola and took a 4 mile hike up Heavenly. Ended the week with an outstanding fireworks show that we watched from the marina, everything was fantastic! The communication from the rental agency was excellent, and the unit was exactly as described! Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

Great location! Nice to be so close to pool, lake, grocery stores and restaurants! Wish I would have known there was only ONE cart to help bring in luggage. Bring a wagon, it will be very handy to have. Also, bring your own pillows. They look great on the bed, but not comfortable to sleep on. Overall, great stay. Hope to be back again.

Beautifully furnished home. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. All the needed amenities were provided and check out instructions were simpler than most other rentals, which we appreciated. Excellent communication and response time. I felt the booking process was a bit too ‘serious’ and lengthy with a contract requirement but it’s understandable if previous renters were not respectful. Overall, great stay and the place is highly recommended.

Lakeland Village was close to everything including shopping, groceries, and eats. We spent time on the beach daily and even walked to Heavenly area for lunch one day. Trails are infinite all around. Casino fun was also a plus. Horseback riding in Zephyr Cove and Parasailing at Ski Run are definitely a plus. RnR is always a pleasure to book though. Great communication. We loved staying here for our wedding anniversary! By far, biggest perk is that it’s walkable to Lake Tahoe, and by walkable I mean it’s literally across the parking lot. You are right on the water! However, there is no view of the lake from the balcony (in case you’re wondering).
Another perk is the king bed. What couple doesn’t want a king bed on vacation? Pool and hot tub were also great.
As a bonus, we received a wonderful welcome gift from RnR Vacation Rentals: a bottle of red wine. It was unexpected but very much appreciated, especially since it was our anniversary.
I highly recommend staying here if you’re a couple on vacation.

The house was incredibly spacious and spotless ,everything was so clean and well maintained. It’s in a perfect location, close to tons of fun things to do, including the lake, restaurants, and other attractions but also secluded enough to feel away from the real world.The home had everything we needed! plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and the kitchen was fully stocked with great utensils, which made cooking easy. The modern refrigerator was brand new, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus during our stay.We made good use of the barbecue on the top deck and loved relaxing on the porch, especially with the Keurig coffee machine for our morning coffee. The backyard was really lovely too a beautiful space with enough seating for everyone to hang out and enjoy the fresh Tahoe air.The master bedroom was huge and had a spa like bathroom, which made it feel like a retreat. There was also an extra bed, so my kids were able to stay in the room with me comfortably. The house had two living rooms, and the downstairs area was perfect for other family members, it felt like they had their own private apartment with a full bath. Communication with management was excellent,they were very quick to respond with any questions we had.The large garage was great for parking 2 vehicles and loading our luggage and the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. We also lucked out with perfect weather, which made the whole trip even better.Honestly, everything about our stay was wonderful. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again!

This house was better than the pictures showed. The master bedroom was immaculate. It was about a 10 minute drive to tons of cool destinations for kids. There is even a trail you can walk in the neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re in a forest. We got personal text updates and check-ins from a real person. For the price, this is the place to stay at South Lake.
