Close to Holiday Valley, large room with big sectional and ping pong table, and darts. Decent for hosting a couple families due to its proximity to HV, multiple trips to resorts was easy. Hot Tub was also a huge hit for everyone.

Our family had a wonderful time. Hot tub was great. Joe was very responsive to any questions we had. Loved the electric fireplace in the living room. There were lots of areas for us to spread out to relax, read, watch TV, or play games.
