FIVE STARS all the way. Place is beautiful, short walk to the beach. The only complaint from our family was the kitchen and living area is above the bedrooms so the grandchildrens' little feet disturbed the teenagers' beauty rest. We had a toaster that wasn't working. We texted Spinnakers before they opened at 9 and had a replacement toaster by 10! Beds were comfy, shower great, never ran out of hot water with 10 taking showers!
