Perfect location to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed including the kitchen to cook meals. Happy we had the fans available for the bedrooms. Even though we were there during a chaotic July 4th this year we were glad to have this house to stay put at and barbecue. Sad we had to leave.

We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Just four short blocks to the beach, we were able to walk everywhere and leave the car parked in the garage. It was tight, but we were able to fit our mini van.

Family stay for a wedding near where we used to live. A fantastic return to see some old favorites and visit some new ones. Our VRBO was a perfect base of operations, near where we needed to be, just right for hosting. Can't wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughters and I recently visited Newport Beach for the first time and our stay at the condo was the perfect location to enjoy the beach and boardwalk!

Nice place for the 4 day weekend. Close to beach, restaurants and store. House was clean and plenty of amenities. Would stay again.
