Location Cleaners were done at 2:30pm but it seems like the auto reply was set for “can’t let you in early, you will get codes at 4pm”. I was literally sitting on the beach in front of the house - seeing it empty. Seems like they should be in contact w the cleaners to know when they are done!

I’m in love with this place! It was so awesome to be right on the beach and boardwalk! The charm of the place is awesome too. Furniture was comfortable and I loved having 4 bedrooms. The value was awesome! Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Newport Beach rental! The property was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

The beach in front of the house is spectacular. While the home is clean, it is due for a deep cleaning. The miniblinds and screens could use a good soak, and the carpet is due to be cleaned, but let's face it, you're living on the beach for a week so who cares! The home had everything that was needed for cooking and clean up. The keyless entry was ideal as family could go back and forth to the beach as needed. There are a few beach items in the garage to make your day at the beach a little more enjoyable. There is limited space in the garage so do not rent a large vehicle. Overall, we had an amazing time and we recommend this property. We will be coming back.
