Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

It was perfect location and duplex has just been redecorated by a design professional and looks great. It is very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room. I highly recommend it. Also, Newport Beach Vacation Properties was great to work with. Quick response when we needed anything.

It's not at all fancy, but the décor is cute and comfortable and the bedrooms are large. The bathroom is fairly basic, but totally fine. Location is perfect. Price is right. I would come back here myself and recommend to a friend. My only complaint is the pillow were fairly lumpy.

Close enough to the pier for a daily walk down but far enough away to get away from some of the crowds. Small garage the only downside to an otherwise great space.
